Regular (frequent) grooming is very important to the health of your pet!
Some things to know about Bathing and Grooming:
*If your dog needs baths using prescription shampoo, we’d be happy to use it for you.
*The shampoo we normally use is an Aloe Vera based hypo-allergenic shampoo with no fragrance. A clean-scented silky conditioner can be added upon request.
*The removal of deep mats will be to the discretion of our Groomer, Maura Napoles. She will not cause pain in any way to your dog, and may ask you to consider a ‘summer cut’ instead. The hair will indeed grow back and can be brushed regularly with a fresh start.
*If you have specific requests regarding haircuts, be as specific as possible. Clients sometimes draw a diagram, bring a book, calendar or photo to express what they do or do not want. Maura will take notes and keep your wishes on file for the next time.
